Wire Clamp BG-M – Novelty with experience Approved for lifting applications!
BG-100 is the newly developed wire clamp from IronGrip and is built on ideas and traditions from the well known BG-M. Two years of development using state-of-the-art design support software as well as a long range of testings has resulted in a product adapted to modern wire ropes with significantly enhanced performance. So enhanced, in fact, that only two wire clamps per fixation is needed which radically reduces costs for both material and mounting.
BG-100 saves cost and space and greatly simplifies mounting. BG-100 is independent of mounting direction or the rope’s lay.
The BG-100 wire clamps have been approved for lifting applications by testing by accredited organs applying the European standard EN 13411-3:2400. Make sure to follow the mounting instructions!

Thimble Clamp KK-M – An ingenious combination Approved for lifting applications!
Most on-site fastening of wire ropes are done with thimbles and wire clamps. The IronGrip KK-M Thimble Clamp simplifies this fitting dramatically with better security compared to the traditional fitting.
Compare the fitting of a conventional thimble and three or more wire ropes with that of IronGrip’s KK-M thimble clamp. Instead of having four or five parts to keep track of and six to eight nuts to tighten, all that is needed is one single component and two nuts. It is simple and quick, requires less wire space, and gives a lighter installation than the conventional solution!
The thimble clamp is as effective as IronGrip’s wire clamp at securing fastenings without damaging the ropes. The quality of the material and the surface treatment allows the clamp to do its job year after year, and even enables it to be used repeatedly with no compromise on safety.
